Die-Hard-with-a-Vengeance

Drama

Trauma

Pain

Several times a year

 

By my 30’s

I went for regular cleanings

Not so much Die Hard

Little drama

Some trauma

Some pain

Only twice a year now

 

Keep at it

While you are young.
